Ted Runciman BA MSc FCIPD is an HR professional with over 30 years of experience across a wide range of industrial sectors and legal jurisdictions covering OEM, agriculture, service, retail, and financial services both as an employee including as the Group HR Director of an international construction consultancy and as an independent Consultant. He was a finalist in the Wessex 100 Interim Manager of the Year, while working with Pitney Bowes. Management training has been a key feature of his work having spent many years as an associate tutor with the Open University Business School on the Effective Manager course before taking on the role as a tutor for the advanced-level 7 CIPD courses in Employment Law and Employee Relations. Provided a helpline to a national retail federation where he appeared for clients at several Employment Tribunals around the UK.
